Marvin Bays - Vice President Hi, I'm Marvin Bays.  I joined TMA four and half years ago, first in sales and then fine tuned into the operations end of the business.  I have over 25 years experience in the wholesale-retail field.  That may seem hard to believe, as I'm only 40, but I broke into the industry at the age of 15, working part-time at a wholesale sales company.  That sparked a passion in me to serve others, and a hard working dedicated sales representative was born.  My unique perspective into both sides of the industry is from my parents, who own a watch and jewelry store as well as my sister who is a gift shop owner.  Being raised in the business has given me the opportunity to better understand the needs of our customers.   In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my wife, my family and friends. The cinema, computers and video games provide entertainment for me and help me unwind. Kelsey Campbell - Administrative Assistant Hi, I'm Kelsey Campbell and I have been with TMA for four years working as the administrative assistant.  I work in a number of different areas such as, order entry, data files, computers and commissions, which I also did for six years at a previous career.  I appreciate the camaraderie at TMA and could not ask for a better group of people to work with.
